Our vineyards
All our wine is produced using grapes from our vineyards, the first of which were planted over 55 years ago, by the founder of Ca' le Nuns, Massimo Mochi.Today the tradition of the winery is carried on by his son Simone. Simone follows the entire production process, manually, from planting the vineyards, to pruning and bottling. This gives a very important value to each bottle of our production.
